We process: your name, your role, your business email address, and public information about your company. It comes from public sources - mainly the UK Companies House register and your company's own website. We use it to send a small number of short, relevant emails about work we think matters to your business.
Our legal basis is legitimate interest in business-to-business marketing. We keep volume low, we write like people, and we make stopping effortless:
The booking page asks for your name, company, email and phone number. We use them for exactly one thing: holding the call you booked and the conversation around it.
Campaign data we handle on your behalf - lists, replies, meeting details - is processed only to deliver the service, kept confidential, and deleted when our agreement ends (except the suppression list, as above).
Our systems run on Google Workspace and Cloudflare infrastructure in the EU/UK/US under standard data-protection safeguards. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone, ever.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to the processing altogether.
